  • With all accessories, if applicable

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or a short video if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once we receive your request, we will provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund based on the situation.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take 5 to 10 business days to process and reflect the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The return address will be shared after your return request has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
